Sales Trailblazers Hallmark Program is a sales training, coaching and support program which is facilitated in two(2) parts. The initial interaction is a 2-days training course which is then followed by a three(3) hours monthly coaching and sales support group sessions which runs for a period of four(4) months. Delegates who sign up for the two parts automatically joins our Sales Trailblazers Hallmark Network.

Sales MANAGERS & BUSINESS LEADERS who sponsors minimum five(5) sales delegates for the Sales Trailblazers Hallmark Program are eligible to attend a free one(1) day Sales Leadership & Coaching program.

Program Objectives:

The following are the key objectives this interactive program seeks to achieve:

Part 1: Two(2) Days initial sales training course

Day 1: Intermediate Effective Selling Skills

  • Sales fundamentals – sales process and it’s elements
  • Your professional image – personal branding, personal effectiveness
  • The Art of Pitching – Pitch to Pay Framing model
  • Clients engagement – Leads generation, connections and conversion
  • Sales pipeline management
  • Sales presentations – Law of persuasion and anticipation

Day 2: The Art of Selling to the Affluent clientele

  • The Affluent paradigm – Understanding the affluent behavioral patterns
  • Positioning and attracting affluent clientele
  • Servicing the affluent clientele
  • Retaining affluent clientele

Part 2: Four(4) Months Sales coaching, energy drips & checkpoints

Sales experience requires a continuous support structure that build resilience and motivation through coaching sessions and regular checkpoints. This also includes monthly sales sparking sessions dubbed energy drips which seeks to achieve:

  • Stirring up energy for Sales Performance & Productivity
  • Harnessing self-drive for personal development & growth.
  • Track feedback for self-improvement
  • Modelling adoptable key learning & knowledge sharing across all sales teams.
