For any organization to realize the fullest talent value, the new supervisor and the new manager induction program should be a continuous structured program spanning over six(6) months through on job coaching. Apparently many managers assumes new roles through conventional promotion process without a structured immersive orientation to transition them from individual contributors to being team coaches.

The program starts with a three(3) days training then an optional six(6) months optional coaching and feedback support through our signature program dubbed “The JET Manager” program.
