 Introduction

Sales team leaders (Managers, Directors) are key determinant for any breakthrough sales performance in every enterprise. It is therefore paramount that an organization continuously invest and develop seasonal sales leaders who not only drive performance results but use effective coaching techniques in harnessing their team’s progressive development.

Any effective sales manager must then inspire commitment, provide support, and facilitate others to navigate through problem solving and decision making. The most effective approach is then to be a SALES COACH. Do you know when to manage or when to Coach?

This 2-day course is designed to develop the capacity for sales leaders and sales managers in applying coaching techniques for breakthrough sales performance of their sales teams. The Sales leadership and coaching program starts with one(1) day ignition forum then followed by an interactive eight(8) hours of quality followup and coaching support spread over a period of three(3) months. Extended coaching period is separately available on need basis.

  • Duration – One(1) Full day initial forum followed by 8 hours of follow up and coaching support (Spread within 3 months).
